Have the ConnectModule installed by a Bosch specialist dealer. The unit is installed on Bosch Smart System eBike and contains a radio and GNSS module, a separate battery and various sensors. You can only use eBike Alarm after installing this component. Then you simply activate the eBike Alarm digital service via the eBike Flow app.
These kits are available for the Smart System performance CX BDU37YY or Smart System Performance Line motor BDU33YY. You may need to purchase a motor cover to accommodate the Connect Module. Some Smart System eBikes are supplied with a motor cover designed to accommodate the ConnectModule like the Moustache Smart System Samedi Xroad 2 & 3. Others with the Performance Line motor might need the Bosch Design Cover EB1120003X Bosch Performance Line Motor Cover for Connect Module. Some manufactures produce their own covers for the ConnectModule. Moustache produce a special cover for the Smart System Samedi Trail & Game to accommodate the ConnectModule. You should contact your eBike manufacturer to find out if your model will accommodate the connect module or if they can use the Bosch cover or they may produce their own cover.
