The optimized design includes a sophisticated mechanism that allows the motor unit to be unlocked using a lever on the bottom of the down tube. The combination of plastic and aluminium gives the Locker pX greater stability and good impact resistance. The new mechanism gives the rider clear feedback when mounting the motor unit in the frame.
